In the Rhodes Group we use a ‘One Health’ approach to balance and optimise the health of humans, animals and the environment, using Aspergillus fumigatus as a model organism. We use genomic epidemiology and population genomics to describe outbreaks and study the evolution of antifungal drug resistance.
